Upcoming Club J Shipments Announced

The details of the upcoming Club J December shipment have just been announced, so now is a great time to become a member or give membership as a gift.  A few highlights of the December shipment include:

• 2011 J Vineyards Viognier, Hoot Owl Vineyard, Alexander Valley. Available only to Club J members, this seductive, layered wine exhibits subtle gardenia and orange blossom aromas and creamy peach, honey, and vanilla flavors on the palate. Highly recommended. 


• 2006 J Vintage Brut. This vintage, too, is now available only to Club J members and features a particularly excellent balance of toast and vivid tropical flavors. Almond and a hint of butterscotch add depth and richness. Absolutely delicious.

 David and Rachelle  We always make this our very first stop because we love the location, its fun and the bubbly is so good!  The staff always greets everyone with a smile and really knows their wines.

What is your favorite J Wine & Food Pairing?

David and Rachelle  J Vineyards Nicole’s Vineyard Pinot Noir & J Vineyards Nonny’s Pinot Noir paired with creamy polenta withsautéed crimini mushrooms!

How long have you been a member of Club J?

Not sure, though we are in our tenth year of being J fans.  I was first at the property in the mid-80s when it was Piper Sonoma. Was visiting the wine country from Alaska, where I grew up and began my career.

What do you like best / enjoy about Club J?



We thoroughly enjoy the J experience and the treatment we receive from the cast of characters on the J staff.

The hospitality is friendly, superb, always!! Can't single out anyone in particular, all are terrific!!

The Bubble Room is our favorite. We are there monthly and with every menu change.

It's great to stop by for our club pickups, to celebrate something, or just because...



What is your favorite J Wine & Food Pairing?



We like to experience all of Mark's pairings.  The "chocolate" menu was terrific. Who would of "thunk" you could use chocolate the way that Mark did?!

It's great that the recipes are available. We do "try this at home," often.

Being virtually retired, we like to travel the highways visiting family, friends and wine areas around the country. And, not necessarily in that order!!
