Aromas of earthy mushrooms and cocoa are joined by dark plum, cinnamon, and minty vanilla. The 2009 “Nicole’s Vineyard” Pinot Noir has a smooth entry on the palate with a long and rich spicy finish of delicious blackberry and dark cherry flavors. The real surprise comes with the herb, dark spice, and caramel undertones at the finish.
